2021 was a huge year for the Web3 job market and 2022 is going to be absolutely insane.
Here are a few eye opening stats
? Web3 job searches soared by 395% in the United States -alone, according to LinkedIn.
? Estimations of north of 10,00 people joining the industry.
? One of the leading Web3 job boards saw 1,500% increase in their paid subscriptions by employers.
? At the end of 2021 there were a total 30,000 job openings with industry specific language in them worldwide on LinkedIn.
We are expecting this trend to continue into 2022. Companies like Coinbase are leading the charge by committing to hiring 2,000 people in the next year alone. I think it is safe to say the transition from web2 to web3 is really starting to define itself.
